BANKRUPTCY AND PERSONAL LAWSUITS

Bankruptcy

Some properties that enter the collection process end up in Bankruptcy. When this occurs, Larry Rothman and Associates immediately brings a Motion for Relief From Stay.

This motion normally forces the property owner to pay the monies due the association.

Eviction

If a property owner refuses to move after the foreclosure, we also handle the eviction litigation to remove the individuals from the property.

Personal Lawsuits

Some assessment collection cases reach the point where a property owner walks away from the property after we have completed the foreclosure process,

The only remedy to collect the delinquent assessments is to file a Personal Lawsuit against the individual who owed the assessments.

Personal Lawsuit Fees

To further assist our clients in collecting assessments, our firm will file a Personal Lawsuit against the delinquent homeowner. Our firm will ADVANCE ALL FEES AND COSTS.

FILING FEES
PROCESS SERVER FEES
DOCUMENT PREPARATION FEES
WRIT OF EXECUTION FEES
MARSHALL FEES

No Cost to Association

There is No Cost to the Association for our Bankruptcy, Personal Lawsuits or Eviction.
